The co-owners, Timothée Guilbart and Johnnie Ethington, have talked about opening a coffee shop since the day they met at a hostel in Bangkok. After returning to Johnnie’s hometown their goal broadened to creating a space for the people of Teton Valley that also provides classic and inspired high-quality coffee drinks, a wide selection of teas, French pastries, juices, and premium snacks that fit every dietary preference.
